Whiskeyjack Lodge
Lodge
Base
Built 1974
A base-area lodge built in 1974. Renovated and expanded in 1996 with a new look. Named for the gray jay (Perisoreus canadensis), also known as whisky jack; a bold, curious bird common in the Rockies. The staircase features a historic photograph of the back side of the Lake Louise ski resort (including the Top of the World Yan lift, 1989–2002).
