Eagle Flight

Advanced/expert run (Run 48) on the upper Front Side, one of the least-trafficked expert areas on the mountain. Unique because it requires a short hike from the top of the Grizzly Gondola or Top of the World Express; the physical effort filters out casual traffic. Steep, typically ungroomed fall-line descent; sits above the Eagle patrol zone (otherwise dominated by beginner/intermediate runs like Wiwaxy and Juniper). Often holds snow quality longer than adjacent groomed runs. Distinct from the Flight Chutes (42, 43, 45); which are accessed via the Home Run cat-track.
