Upper Wiwaxy

The upper section of Wiwaxy; a long, sweeping gliding section on the Front Side. Part of the Men’s Downhill racecourse; racers gain or lose significant time here based on wax quality and the ability to find the most efficient line. Lindsey Vonn cited the technical sections of the Lake Louise track; including the run-out through this terrain; as critical to her 18 wins at the venue.
