- 48-hour release
Parks Canada releases the remaining shuttle seats for a date at 8 am MDT, two days before departure. If the first release is gone, this is usually the next real booking window.

The elevation where air temperature crosses 0°C. Above it, precipitation tends to fall as snow; below it, rain. It is not a trail-condition report.
