Mountain Dining
Ski Resort
A mid-mountain restaurant at the Lake Louise Ski Resort, at the Grizzly Gondola mid-station. It has a large outdoor patio with views down the Bow Valley toward Lake Louise and Mount Victoria.
How you get here depends on the season. In summer it is the destination stop on the sightseeing gondola, no ski ticket required. In winter it is ski-in only; you reach it by skiing the surrounding runs, not by riding up as a non-skier.
Food and atmosphere
The menu is a step up from the counter-service fare at Whiskeyjack Lodge and the base lodges, with plated dishes and table service. It is not fine dining, but it is noticeably different from the rest of the on-mountain options. The patio is the draw on a good day in either season. Worth planning around if the weather is cooperating.
